Engage Pickleball Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policies below, which differ by camp type.

Engage Pickleball “Camp Only” Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration:

• 31+ days before camp start:
  100% refund or 100% credit toward a future Engage Pickleball Camp

• 14–30 days before camp start:
  75% refund or 100% credit toward a future Engage Pickleball Camp

• 13 days or less before camp start:
  50% refund or 100% credit toward a future Engage Pickleball Camp

No-Shows:
No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the camp start.

Unforeseen Events (e.g., pandemic):
If a camp is canceled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive full credit toward a rescheduled camp within 12 months. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Engage Pickleball “Stay n Play” Cancellation Policy

Within the United States:

• 60+ days before event:
  $100 per person cancellation fee

• 31–59 days prior:
  75% refund or $500 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• 15–30 days prior:
  50% refund or $500 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• 1–14 days prior:
  No refund, but $500 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• Less than 1 day prior:
  No refund, but $250 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• No notice or no-show:
  Forfeiture of all funds paid

Outside the United States:

• 91+ days before event:
  $100 per person cancellation fee

• 75–89 days prior:
  50% refund or $250 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• 46–74 days prior:
  25% refund or $250 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• 45 days or less:
  No refund, but $150 credit per person toward another camp
  $20 rebooking fee per person

• No notice or no-show:
  Forfeiture of all funds paid

Note: Engage Pickleball is not responsible for any differences in refund amounts due to currency exchange rates.
