Paddle Registration & Warranty Policy

If you purchased your paddle directly from EngagePickleball.com or EngageSporting.com, you do not need to register—your paddle was automatically registered at the time of purchase.

Paddle Registration is Required for All Other Purchases

To be eligible for Engage Pickleball’s warranty coverage, your paddle must be registered.

Registration Guidelines:

• Registration Timeline: Paddles must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
• Warranty Coverage: Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required. Bank or credit card statements are acceptable.

Required for Purchases Through:

• Authorized Engage dealers
• Third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, pro shops, retail stores)
