Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a standard 1–3 business day (Monday through Friday) processing and handling period prior to shipment. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, major sales, or new product launches due to increased order volume. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following delivery timelines are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Engage Pickleball is no longer able to control transit times or delays.

International Shipping
Shipping rates and options for international orders vary by destination and are presented at checkout. Delivery timeframes may differ depending on carrier availability, customs clearance, and shipping route changes.

Oversized Shipping Charges
Certain large or heavy items—such as nets, bulk paddle orders, or large backpacks—may incur dimensional weight surcharges imposed by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). These charges:
Are only known at the time a shipping label is created
Are applied based on package size and weight, not just order value
May apply even when Free Shipping is selected
If your order qualifies for an oversized shipping charge, a team member will contact you prior to shipment to confirm the additional cost. Customers are responsible for this charge before the order is released.
