Return Policy / Test Drive

At Engage Pickleball, we proudly offer a 30-Day Test Drive on all paddles, backed by a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your paddle, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. 

For customers within the U.S., we will cover the cost of return shipping.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase along with photos of the item, as outlined during the return claim process. You can submit a claim at warranty.engagepickleball.com or contact our team at [email protected]. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for U.S. customers.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Most refunds are reflected within 3 to 5 business days, although timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider and bank to verify processing status.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for new, cosmetic, and certified refurbished paddles purchased directly from EngagePickleball.com or the Engage Pro Shop in Oxford, FL. Certain discounted or sale items may not be eligible for a refund; if so, this will be clearly indicated on the product listing at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product within the 30-day return window. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. Only one exchange per item is permitted.


Return Shipping Guidelines

For customers in the U.S., we will provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.
