Return Policy / Test Drive

At Engage Pickleball, we proudly offer a 30-Day Test Drive on all paddles, backed by a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your paddle, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. 

Refunds

Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Most refunds are reflected within 3 to 5 business days, although timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider and bank to verify processing status.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for new, cosmetic, and certified refurbished paddles purchased directly from EngagePickleball.com or the Engage Pro Shop in Oxford, FL. 

Certain discounted or sale items may not be eligible for a refund; if so, this will be indicated on the product listing at the time of purchase.
